Privacy policy

At Zelyqoro Analítica S.A.S. ("Zelyqoro", "we"), respecting your privacy is a core part of how we design our platform. This policy describes what information we collect, why we use it and which rights you can exercise under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326 and its complementary regulations in force in 2026.
1. Who is the controller
The data controller is Zelyqoro Analítica S.A.S., CUIT 30-71812694-5, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 3195, floor 6, office B, C1193AAA, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any request, please write to privacidad@zelyqoro.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the information we need to provide the service: name, email address and message sent through the contact form; anonymous technical navigation data when you allow analytics cookies; and the preferences you define when managing the cookie banner.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to reply to your request, to improve the aggregate experience of the site and, when you explicitly consent to it, to measure advertising campaigns through Google Consent Mode v2. We never use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your free, prior and informed consent (Section 5, Act No. 25.326), on pre-contractual steps initiated through the form and on our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and integrity of the site.
5. Retention
We keep form data for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is legally required. Technical logs are kept for ninety (90) days.
6. Recipients and transfers
We may share data with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, transactional email, analytics), all of them bound by confidentiality agreements and equivalent technical measures. When such providers are located outside Argentina, we only engage jurisdictions with adequacy recognition by the Access to Public Information Agency, or under standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection provided by Act No. 25.326 by writing to privacidad@zelyqoro.com attaching a copy of your ID. We respond within a maximum of ten (10) business days. You may also file a claim with the Access to Public Information Agency (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational controls aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 framework: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based least-privilege access, quarterly access reviews and annual vulnerability testing.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page and, when changes are material, we notify you by email if we have a way to reach you.
