These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the zelyqoro.com website and the Zelyqoro analytics platform, offered by Zelyqoro Analítica S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71812694-5), with legal address in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of its provisions, we ask you to discontinue use of the service.
2. Scope of the service
Zelyqoro is a SaaS analytics and decision-support platform. The content available is exclusively informational and general; it does not constitute financial, legal, accounting or any other kind of professional advice and it does not guarantee any specific outcome.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site for legitimate personal or professional purposes, respecting the applicable Argentine legislation and the rights of third parties. It is forbidden to attempt to access restricted areas, to scrape data through automated means without authorisation, or to use the service for unlawful activities.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, the 'Zelyqoro' brand, the logo, the site structure and the original materials published are the property of Zelyqoro Analítica S.A.S. and are protected under Argentine Intellectual Property Act No. 11.723 and applicable international treaties.
5. Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out with them. We may suspend or cancel accounts in the event of serious breaches, notifying you by email.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Argentina's Consumer Defence Act No. 24.240 and other applicable rules, Zelyqoro will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunities arising from decisions taken on the basis of the informational content of the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes. Material updates are communicated with at least thirty (30) days' notice whenever this is reasonably possible.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
